Kay, so. While normally, a starter is level 5, and you can still do this, there's also an option for those with characters older than ten. 8D Follows this chart, based on years over ten.

< Ten = YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE A POKEMON. But it'd be less than 5.
Ten = 5
Twenty = 15
Thirty = 25
Forty = 35
Fifty = 45
Sixty = 55
Seventy = 65
Eighty = 75
Ninety = 85
One Hundred = 95
One Hundred and Ten = 100!!
One Hundred and Twenty = JUST DIE ALREADY. D< MADRE DEL DIO, YOU'RE TOO OLD. Also, 100. :|
